About / FAQ

Benita Leong is a fine art and commercial photographer based between Singapore and Toronto. She really hopes people like owning physical photos to display on their walls or to tear into small little pieces of paper for a nice cozy bonfire so people buy her prints. Either reason is great ^_^

What kind of paper is used for the artwork?

They are glicée fine art photographic prints on 260gsm Hahnemühle photo lustre paper. It is not only archival quality but the paper is also certified vegan and sustainable!

How do i take care of my artwork?

I recommend the prints to be framed. Fine art prints are made to last between 100-200 years but will eventually fade if placed in direct sunlight.

How long will it take to ship out and receive my order?

The prints are only made upon ordering and take around 5-9 days from processing and shipping out. Shipping usually takes around 1-2 weeks but due to covid there may be delays depending on the efficiency of your country's postal service.

Do you accept refunds, returns or exchanges?

Once an order has been printed refunds are not possible. Prints are are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes but if your order unfortunately arrives damaged please contact me through the online form and i'll send a new one out! Returns are not allowed.

Thank you so much for supporting my work and if you have any more questions feel free to ask me at the contact page or shoot me a message on instagram! :-)
